Title: Consider recommendations regarding the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) First Amendment to the Fiscal Years (FYs) 2021-2024 County Performance Contract, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Director of the Department of Behavioral Wellness to execute the First Amendment to the California DHCS County Performance Contract (No. 21-10112 A1) and Contractor Certification to extend the term of the agreement through June 30, 2025, for the continued receipt of both Federal and State funds initially for the period of July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2024, and now amended through June 30, 2025; and b) Determine that the above action is a government funding mechanism or other government fiscal activity that does not involve any commitment to any specific project that may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment and is therefore not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15378(b)(4) of the C...
