Title: Consider recommendations regarding a California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) Parolee Day Reporting Center Agreement with Community Solutions, Inc., as follows: a) Approve, authorize, and ratify the Chair to execute a Professional Services Contract with Community Solutions, Inc. to authorize continued services for the two parolee Day Reporting Centers in Santa Barbara County for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2030 in an amount not to exceed $14,630,097.00; and b) Find that the proposed actions do not constitute a "Project" within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to 14 CCR 15378(b)(5), in that they are government administrative activities that will not result in direct or indirect changes to the environment.
