Title: Consider recommendations regarding appointments in Lieu of Election to the San Antonio Basin Water District Board of Directors, as follows: a) Appoint two (2) Directors to the Board of the San Antonio Basin Water District in Lieu of Election pursuant to California Elections Code Section 10515(a), with four-year terms expiring in December 2029: i) Ken Hunter; and ii) Victor Schaff; and b) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5) since the recommended actions are government administrative activities which do not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
