Consider recommendations regarding a Statement of Final Quantities for Laguna County Sanitation District Recycled Water Distribution to Santa Maria Country Club Project, Project No. PRJ-000563, Fourth District, as follows:

 

Acting as the Board of Directors, Laguna County Sanitation District:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statement of Final Quantities for the Laguna County Sanitation District Recycled Water Distribution to Santa Maria Country Club Project, Board Contract Number SCON-002842, on file in the Public Works Department, for work performed and materials supplied by Joseph Construction and Consulting, Incorporated (a local vendor), in the final amount of $1,246,701.00; and

 

b) Determine that the above recommended action is not a project subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15378(b)(5), finding that the action consists of an administrative activity of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
