Consider recommendations regarding Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement for the Tajiguas Landfill Phase IIA Groundwater Protection System, County Project No. 828348, Third District, as follows:
 
a) For the contract with the engineering firm of SWT Engineering, Inc. to provide construction management and engineering services for the construction of the Tajiguas Landfill Phase IIA Groundwater Protection System, County Project No. 828348, as follows:
 
i) Approve Amendment No. 1 to increase the amount of the contract with SWT Engineering, Inc. by $79,000.00 to a total of $369,717.00; and
 
ii) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute Amendment No. 1 with SWT Engineering; and
