Title: Consider recommendations regarding an Amendment to the Child Welfare Services Outcome Project with Community Action Commission for Home Connection Finder Services, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute Amendment No. 2 with Community Action Commission for the purpose of providing Home Connection Finder services by an additional $95,000 for the period January 1, 2007 through June 30, 2009 for a total contract in the amount of $372,889; and b) Authorize the Director of the Department of Social Services to approve future amendments to the aforementioned contracts, provided that any such amendments to the contracts are not in variance of 10% of the contract's dollar amount.
