Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Warnekros Agricultural Preserve Replacement Contract No. 25AGP-00011, Fourth District, as follows: a) Adopt a Resolution creating Agricultural Preserve Replacement Contract No. 25AGP-00011 consisting of 52.20 acres located approximately 650 feet northwest of the intersection of Central Avenue and Floradale Avenue in the unincorporated area of Lompoc, Assessor Parcel Numbers (APNs) 093-040-007 (25.66 acres) and 093-040-008 (26.54 acres); b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute Agricultural Preserve Contract No. 25AGP-00011; and c) Authorize the recordation by the Clerk of the Board.

a) Adopt a Resolution creating Agricultural Preserve Replacement Contract No. 25AGP-00011 consisting of 52.20 acres located approximately 650 feet northwest of the intersection of Central Avenue and Floradale Avenue in the unincorporated area of Lompoc, Assessor Parcel Numbers (APNs) 093-040-007 (25.66 acres) and 093-040-008 (26.54 acres);
