Title: Consider recommendations regarding an extension to the term of Professional Services Agreement with American Medical Response West of Santa Barbara County for Emergency and Non-Emergency Ambulance Service, Advanced Life Support and Pre-Hospital Care, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an extension to the term of the Professional Services Agreement with American Medical Response West through December 31, 2017; and b) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act review per CEQA Guideline Section 15061(b)(3), since it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activities may have a significant effect on the environment.
