Title: Consider recommendations regarding Shelter Operations General Fund Grant Agreements with Casa Esperanza Homeless Center and Good Samaritan Shelter, Inc., as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Shelter Operations Grant Agreement with Casa Esperanza Homeless Center (a local vendor) to support and maintain existing service levels for the Casa Esperanza homeless shelter, for the period of July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012, in an amount not to exceed $159,581.00; and b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Shelter Operations Grant Agreement with Good Samaritan Shelter, Inc. (a local vendor) to support and maintain existing service levels for the Good Samaritan homeless shelter, for the period of July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012, in an amount not to exceed $145,419.00.

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Shelter Operations Grant Agreement with Casa Esperanza Homeless Center (a local vendor) to support and maintain existing service levels for the Casa Esperanza homeless shelter, for the period of July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012, in an amount not to exceed $159,581.00; and
