Title: Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Amendment No. 3 to the lease agreement between the County of Santa Barbara, as Lessee, and Andrew Lee Liddell, as Lessor, for the use of approximately 4,997 square feet of office space located at 2400 Professional Parkway, Suites 150 and 205, by Public Works staff for a monthly rent of $7,795.32. This amendment: 1) Changes the name of the Lessor; 2) Amends the description of the premises to reflect deleting Suite 207, consisting of approximately 1,452 gross square feet; 3) Amends the monthly rent amount to reflect the decrease in leased space; 4) Amends Section 23, NOTICES, to reflect the change in Lessor's and County's address; and 5) Amends Section 28, ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT, to reflect the Public Works Department, Santa Maria Area, Fifth District.
