Consider recommendations regarding a staffing reorganization for the County Executive Office (CEO), as follows:
a) Approve a staffing reorganization for the CEO that will be incorporated into the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-2026 budget development that reflects a reduction in the classification level of the Chief Assistant County Executive Officer position to an Assistant County Executive Officer position and approves an additional Assistant County Executive Officer position; and
b) Determine the activity is not a "Project" subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(5) since the activity is an organizational or administrative activity of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
