Title
Consider appointments to the Montecito Board of Architectural Review and the Montecito Planning Commission, as follows:
a) Approve the appointments of Bob Bierig, Michael Phillips, and Richard Thielscher to the Montecito Planning Commission for a term of two years terminating at noon on the first Monday after the first day in January 2005;
b) Approve the appointments of Bob Meghreblian and Joan Wells to the Montecito Planning Commission for a term of one year terminating at 12:00 Noon on the first Monday after the first day in January 2004;
c) Approve the appointments of Ray Ketzel, Sam Maphis, Michele Michaelson, Anthony Spann and Hubert Twibell to the Montecito Board of Architectural Review for a term of four years terminating at 12:00 Noon on the first Monday after the first day in January 2007;
d) Approve the appointments of Claire Gottsdanker and Donald Nulty to the Montecito Board of Architectural Review for a term of two years terminating at 12:00 Noon on the first Monday after the first day in January 2005.
