Title: Acting as the Board of Directors, In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority: Consider recommendations regarding the negotiated Contract Extension between the In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority and United Domestic Workers of America, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a negotiated Contract, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority and the United Domestic Workers of America AFSCME Local 3930, AFL-CIO, for a period of three (3) years ending June 30, 2016, this MOU requires prior approval of the Board of Directors of the In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority (IHSS PA); and b) Determine under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15061 (b) (3) that this activity is exempt from review on the basis that it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity may have a significant effect on the environment.
