Title: Consider recommendations regarding the 2001 update to the Consolidated Plan, as follows: a) Adopt a resolution approving the 2001 update to the Consolidated Plan (Action Plan) submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; b) Authorize the Treasurer-Tax Collector to execute all certifications and grant application (SF 424) included with the submission of the 2001 update and to execute documents required for administration of the HOME program.
