Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the amended contract with the law firm of Hooper, Lundy and Bookman to help negotiate terms for medical and medicare reimbursements due to state and federal agencies for the period of July 19, 2007 through July 19, 2009 in an amount not to exceed $250,000.
