Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Southern California Gas Company Easement Agreement on County Property, APN 81-150-042, Third District, as follows: a) Approve the Notice of Exemption pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) guidelines; b) Accept the Planning Commission's report showing that execution of the proposed Easement Agreement is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan of the County of Santa Barbara pursuant to Government Code 65402; and c) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Easement Agreement granting the Southern California Gas Company the right to enter a portion of APN 081-150-042 to install and maintain a gas transmission pipeline located within the Easement Area. The Easement Area is shown on Exhibit B attached to the Easement Agreement.
