Title: Consider recommendations regarding an Amendment to the Glassy-Winged Sharpshooter Control Program Agreement No. 24-0469-032-SF with the California Department of Food and Agriculture, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute an Amendment to an Agreement with the California Department of Food and Agriculture to receive reimbursement and services related to the Glassy-Winged Sharpshooter Control Program in the County of Santa Barbara for the period of July 1, 2025 through September 30, 2027 in the amount of $473,072.00; and b) Determine that the above action involves government funding mechanisms and/or fiscal activities and is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15378(b)(4).
