Acting as the Board of Directors, Flood Control and Water Conservation District, Board of Directors , Laguna County Sanitation District and Board of Supervisors:
Consider recommendations regarding the establishment of Nominal Value and Modifications to Temporary Entry Permits, All Districts, as follows:
a) Adopt a resolution establishing a nominal value of $500 for the conveyance of property rights appraised at nominal value and authorizing administrative settlements of up to $2,500;
b) Adopt a resolution to modify the County's Temporary Entry Permit and Right of Entry Agreements.
