Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse (CADA) Fiscal Year (FY) 2017-2018 Contract Renewal, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for services of Independent Contractor with CADA (a local vendor), for the provision of substance use disorder services and children's mental health services, for a total contract not to exceed $1,511,730.00 for the period July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018; and b) Determine that the above actions are organizational or administrative actions of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment, pursuant to section 15378(b)(5) of the California Environmental Quality Act guidelines.
