Title: City of Guadalupe - Approve the requests of the City of Guadalupe, as follows: a) Call and give notice of the holding of a General Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012, for the election of certain officers as required by the provisions of the laws of the State of California relating to general law cities; b) Approve the consolidation of a General Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012, with the Statewide General Election on the same date, pursuant to Section 10403 of the Elections Code; and c) Adopt regulations for candidates for elective office pertaining to candidate’s statements and materials submitted to the electorate and the cost thereof, submitted to the voters at an election to be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012.
