Title: Consider recommendations regarding Amendments to License Agreements for Vending Machines in County Facilities extending the agreements for the period of January 28, 2004 to January 31, 2007 on a trial basis and incorporating nutritional snacks and beverages, as follows: a) Approve and execute the First Amendment to the License Agreement with San Luis Vending (a local vendor) in the North County; b) Approve and execute the First Amendment to the License Agreement with Lompoc Vending dba Lindberg Vending (a local vendor); c) Approve and execute the First Amendment to the License Agreement with Snackman Vending (a local vendor) in the South County.
