Consider recommendations regarding a Goodwill Industries of Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties Agreement for Employment and Career Connection Services, as follows:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Goodwill Industries of Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties in the amount not to exceed $96,000.00 for Employment and Career Connection: Job and Career Placement (Employment and Career Connection) services for the period of April 11, 2017 through June 19, 2018; and
