Title: Consider recommendations regarding Drug/Medi-Cal agreements for outpatient alcohol and drug treatment services for the period of July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2005, as follows: a) Approve and execute an agreement with Phoenix of Santa Barbara, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $260,000; b) Approve and execute an agreement with Santa Maria Valley Youth and Family in an amount not to exceed $225,000; c) Authorize the Director of Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Services to approve amendments to the proposed contracts, providing any such amendments or modifications do not exceed ten percent of the total contract value.
