Title: Consider recommendations regarding Agreements for Animal Services with the Cities of Santa Barbara and Goleta, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement with the City of Santa Barbara to provide animal sheltering services for the period of July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012, in the amount of $274,401.00; b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement with the City of Goleta to provide animal services for the period July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012, in the amount of $197,688.00; and c) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act review per CEQA Guideline Section 15061(b)(3), since it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activities may have a significant effect on the environment.
