Title: Consider recommendations regarding Black Road Bridge Replacement Project (Bridge No. 51C-031; County Project Number 863013) Final Environmental Impact Report 04-EIR-00004, Fourth District, as follows: a) Certify the Environmental Impact Report (04-EIR-00004) pursuant to the County's California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) guidelines as adequate environmental review for the Black Road Bridge Replacement Project (Bridge No. 51C-031) (Attachment A); b) Adopt the CEQA Findings dated September 16, 2004 and approve the project; c) Adopt the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan; d) Authorize Public Works to proceed with right-of-way negotiations for the Black Road Bridge Replacement Project, County Project Number 863013; e) Authorize the Director of Public Works to advertise bids for the Black Road Bridge Replacement Project, County Project Number 863013.
