Consider recommendations regarding the Santa Rosa Creek Riparian Restoration Project, Third District, as follows:
a) Adopt a resolution to accept the terms and conditions of the Construction Contract Agreement with the State Coastal Conservancy for the project;
b) Authorize the Public Works Director or his designee to enter into a Construction Grant Agreement and all subsequent agreements or amendments to receive grant monies in an amount not to exceed $700,000;
c) Authorize the Public Works Director to advertise bids for all elements of the project for construction of the project in total, or in phases, as funding allows.
