Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Summary of Final Quantities for the Lower Mission Creek Reach 2B-2 Debris Rack Repair Project, First District, as follows: Acting as the Board of Directors, Flood Control Water Conservation District: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statement of Final Quantities for work performed for the Lower Mission Creek Reach 2B-2 Debris Rack Repair Project (Project No. 23STM1-S05C) by the contractor CGS Engineering Corporation (a local vendor) in the amount of $359,130.00; and b) Determine that the above action is an organizational and administrative activity of government, and not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15378(b)(5) of the CEQA Guidelines.
