Title: Adopt a resolution regarding the Santa Barbara County Replacement Benefits Plan ("Plan"), as follows; i. Adopts the Santa Barbara County Replacement Benefits Plan (Plan); ii. Delegates the administration of the Plan to the County Auditor-Controller; Approve a Memorandum of Understanding between the County and the Santa Barbara County Employees' Retirement System (Retirement System MOU) and directs the County Administrator to execute the Retirement System MOU; iii. Approves an Administrative Services Agreement between the County and the Santa Barbara County Employees' Retirement System and directs the County Administrator to execute the Administrative Services Agreement; iv. Authorizes the County Administrator to execute a Memorandum of Understanding (District MOU) with any District that participates in the Retirement System and elects to participate in the Plan.
