Title: Consider recommendations regarding parking restrictions and the establishment of a crosswalk on Lakeview Road, Fourth District, as follows: a) Adopt a Resolution to establish no parking zones on Lakeview Road in the Orcutt area; b) Adopt a Resolution establishing a crosswalk at a location other than a street intersection on Lakeview Road west of Marvin Street in the Orcutt area; and c) Approve the filing of a Notice of Exemption pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15301 (c), pertaining to maintenance and operation of existing facilities, for work to implement these Resolutions.
