Title: Consider recommendations regarding Drug Medi-Cal (D/MC) service agreements for Alcohol and Drug Program, for the period of July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005, as follows: a) Approve and execute a contract with Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse (a local vendor) for outpatient alcohol and drug treatment services in an amount not to exceed $1,222,000; b) Approve and execute a contract with Family Life Counseling Services (a local vendor) for outpatient alcohol and drug treatment services in an amount not to exceed $347,000; c) Authorize the Director of Alcohol, Drug, and Mental Health Services to approve amendments to the proposed contracts, providing that any such amendments or modifications do not exceed ten percent (10%) of the total contract value.
