HEARING - Consider the appeal of Jack Brady, Cheryl Miller and Michelle Vander Meulen of the Zoning Administrator's approval of the Timmons Tentative Parcel Map (01TPM-00000-00003) (TPM 14,566) to subdivide a 2.04 acre parcel into two 1.02 acres parcels and as part of Key Site D in the Orcutt Community Plan, located at 1374 Solomon Road (AP No. 105-010-076) Orcutt area, Fourth District, as follows: (EST. TIME: 10 MIN.)
a) Adopt the required findings for the project specified in the action letter of the Zoning Administrator dated December 9, 2003, including CEQA findings;
b) Accept the proposed exemption, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15315 as adequate environmental review for the project;
c) Approve TPM 14,566 subject to the conditions of approval included in the action letter of the Zoning Administrator dated December 9, 2003.
