Title: Consider recommendations regarding Alcohol Drug and Mental Health Services Published Charges, as follows: a) Consider the adoption (second reading) of an Ordinance adjusting the Santa Barbara County Published Charges for Psychiatric Health Facility and outpatient mental health services effective 30 days after adoption by the Board of Supervisors; and b) Determine under CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) that this activity is exempt from review on the basis that it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity may have a significant effect on the environment.
