Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Bee Safe Program Agreement No. 20-0301-0000-SG with the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA), as follows: a) Approve, ratify and authorize the Chair to execute an agreement with the CDFA for support and services of compliance inspections related to the Bee Safe Program in the County of Santa Barbara for the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021 in the amount of $39,420.13; and b) Determine that the above action involves government funding mechanisms and/or fiscal activities and is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15378(b)(4).
