Title: Consider recommendations regarding an Agreement for Professional Services of Independent Contractor with CIO Solutions, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with CIO Solutions for information technology consulting services for a total maximum agreement amount not to exceed $400,000.00, beginning July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 inclusive of $200,000.00 under Purchase Order CN24926, but which otherwise cancels, nullifies, and supersedes Purchase Order No. CN24926; and b) Determine that the above recommended action is a government funding mechanism or other government fiscal activity, which does not involve any commitment to any specific project that may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment and is therefore not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to section 15378(b)(4) of the CEQA Guidelines.
