Title: Consider recommendations regarding a report on Case No. 26EMP-00002, Emergency Permit to relocate a portion of the main road at Hollister Ranch away from eroding wash and construct associated drainage improvements at Hollister Ranch Lot 56 in the Gaviota Coast Plan area, Third District, as follows: a) Receive and file the report on Emergency Permit Case No. 26EMP-00002, approved by the Director of Planning and Development on April 9, 2026, which authorized the relocation of Hollister Ranch Road and drainage improvements at Hollister Ranch Lot 56 in the Gaviota Coast Plan area; and b) Determine that receiving and filing this report is not a project pursuant to California Environmental Quilty Act Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5), as it is an administrative government activity that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
