Title: Consider recommendations regarding an Agreement with Clearwater Security & Compliance LLC for Integrated Risk Management Software Service Agreement, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement with Clearwater Security & Compliance LLC (not a local vendor) for the provision of annual software as a service subscription of Integrated Risk Management, a cyber risk management system, for a total contract amount not to exceed $149,750.00, with a fiscal yearly amount of $29,950.00, for the period of June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2031; b) Delegate authority to the Director of Social Services, or designee, the authority to make administrative changes to the Agreement which include correction of clerical errors, updates to contact information, and changes to reporting formats without altering the total not to exceed contract amount and without requiring Board approval of an amendment to the Agreement, subject to the Board's ability to rescind this delegated authority...

Title

Consider recommendations regarding an Agreement with Clearwater Security & Compliance LLC for Integrated Risk Management Software Service Agreement, as follows:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement with Clearwater Security & Compliance LLC (not a local vendor) for the provision of annual software as a service subscription of Integrated Risk Management, a cyber risk management system, for a total contract amount not to exceed $149,750.00, with a fiscal yearly amount of $29,950.00, for the period of June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2031;

 

b) Delegate authority to the Director of Social Services, or designee, the authority to make administrative changes to the Agreement which include correction of clerical errors, updates to contact information, and changes to reporting formats without altering the total not to exceed contract amount and without requiring Board approval of an amendment to the Agreement, subject to the Board’s ability to rescind this delegated authority at any time and provided that Social Services obtains concurrence from County Counsel and Auditor-Controller; and

 

c) Determine that the activity is not a “Project” subject to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(5), since the activity is an organizational or administrative activity of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
