Title: Consider recommendations regarding Amendment No. 9 to the Professional Services Agreements with Carollo Engineers, Incorporated for Engineering Services During Construction of Laguna County Sanitation District Plant Upgrades, Fourth and Fifth Districts, as follows: Acting as the Board of Directors, Laguna County Sanitation District: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute Amendment No. 9 to a professional services agreement with Carollo Engineers, Incorporated for Engineering Services During Construction of Plant Upgrades to extend the contract end date to December 31, 2025; and b) Determine that the above-recommended action is not a project that is subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15378(b)[5], finding that the action consists of an administrative activity of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.

Consider recommendations regarding Amendment No. 9 to the Professional Services Agreements with Carollo Engineers, Incorporated for Engineering Services During Construction of Laguna County Sanitation District Plant Upgrades, Fourth and Fifth Districts, as follows:

 

Acting as the Board of Directors, Laguna County Sanitation District:

 

a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute Amendment No. 9 to a professional services agreement with Carollo Engineers, Incorporated for Engineering Services During Construction of Plant Upgrades to extend the contract end date to December 31, 2025; and
