Title: Consider recommendations regarding an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement for Environmental Review of Master Plan and Wastewater Reclamation Plant upgrades with Padre Associates, Incorporated, Third and Fourth Districts, as follows: Acting as the Board of Directors, Laguna County Sanitation District: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with Padre Associates, Incorporated to extend the term until December 31, 2018; b) Authorize the Public Works Director or designee to approve changes or additions in the services to be performed under the Professional Services Agreement with Padre Associates, Incorporated in an amount not to exceed $14,118.00; and c) Find that the proposed action does not constitute a "Project" within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act, pursuant to 14 CCR 15378 (b)(5), in that it is a government administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect changes in the environment.
