Title: Consider recommendations regarding Tract No. 14,429 (Jensen's Crossing/Cobblestone Creek), Fourth District, as follows: Acting as the Board of Supervisors: a) Approve the Final Map of Tract No. 14,429; b) Accept Jensen Ranch Road, Solomon View Road, Canyon Creek Road, Southcreek Court, Sycamore Creek Road, Pine Creek Court and Black Oak Drive as public road easements; c) Accept Lots 114, 115 and 116 in fee for public park and open space purposes; d) Accept Parcel A in fee as a one foot wide Denied Access Strip; e) Accept an Emergency Access Easement; f) Accept APN 103-200-011 containing approximately 18.32 acres as dedicated to satisfy Condition #48 of the Planning Commission approval of TM 14,429. Acting as the Board of Directors, Flood Control and Water Conservation District: g) Accept an easement for access and maintenance purposes to the Santa Barbara County Flood Control and Water Conservation District.

Consider recommendations regarding Tract No. 14,429 (Jensen's Crossing/Cobblestone Creek), Fourth District, as follows:
 
Acting as the Board of Supervisors:
 
a)  Approve the Final Map of Tract No. 14,429;
