Title: Consider recommendations regarding Renewal of Eligibility for Federal Surplus Property Program, Fourth District, as follows: a) Adopt a California Department of General Services resolution authorizing certain departmental representatives to acquire federal surplus equipment for the Laguna County Sanitation District from the State Agency for Surplus Property; b) Authorize the Clerk of the Board to execute the resolution placing the Laguna County Sanitation District responsible for compliance with all conditions, terms, reservations, and restrictions associated with the acquisition of such property.
