Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Marcum Street Parking Reconfiguration Project; County Project No. 830358, Fourth District, as follows: a) Approve the Marcum Street Parking Reconfiguration Project; b) Authorize the Director of Public Works, or designee, to advertise for bids to construct the Marcum Street Parking Reconfiguration Project; and c) Find that the proposed project is exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15301: Class 1, consisting of the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of existing or former use for (c) existing highways and streets, sidewalks, gutters, bicycle and pedestrian trails, and similar facilities, and approve the filing of a Notice of Exemption on that basis.
