Consider recommendations regarding an application for Envronmental Protection Agency (EPA) Wetlands Program Development Grant Funds, First, Second and Third Districts, as follows:
a) Concur with an application to the US EPA for Wetlands Program Development Grant Funds, to be made by Project Clean Water and the Planning & Development Department for development of a watershed planning and restoration framework for the South Coast of Santa Barbara County;
b) Direct staff to return with a specific contract with participating agencies for consideration by the Board if the proposal is accepted for funding by the EPA.
