Title
Consider recommendations regarding the Subdivider's Agreements for The Preserve at San Marcos, TM 14,585 (01TRM-00000-00005), which divides 377 acres to create 22 lots for residential development, three open space parcels and dedicates 10 acres to the County for a public park, Second District, as follows:
a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the “Subdivider's Agreement to Construct and Maintain Private Drainage Improvements and Private Drainage & Maintenance Easements” with Santa Barbara Foothills, LLC, owners of Lot 16 of The Preserve at San Marcos Tract 14,585 (APNs 055-010-006, -007 and 059-020-002, -011, -014, -016, -023, -024, -026, and -028);
b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the “Subdivider's Agreement to Construct and Maintain Private Drainage Improvements and Private Drainage & Maintenance Easements” with Santa Barbara Foothills, LLC, owners of Lots 1-15 and 12,14 of The Preserve at San Marcos Tract 14,585 (APNs 055-010-006, -007 & 059-020-002, -011, -014, -016, -023, -024, -026, and -028); and
c) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the “Subdivider's Agreement to Construct and Maintain Private Drainage Improvements and Private Drainage & Maintenance Easements” with Santa Barbara Foothills, LLC, owners of Lot 6-11, 15 and 22 of The Preserve at San Marcos Tract 14,585 (APNs 055-010-006, -007 and 059-020-002, -011, -014, -016, -023, -024, -026, and -028).
