Title: Consider recommendations regarding a revised Board Resolution authorizing submittal of an application to State Department of Housing and Community Development for a housing-related Parks Grant, Third District, as follows: a) Adopt a Resolution authorizing the Director of General Services, Assistant Director of General Services or their Designee to execute and submit the California Department of Housing and Community Development Application for Housing-Related Parks Grant and related documents; and b) Determine that the above action is not approval of a project that is subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15387(b)(4), finding that these actions are the creation of government funding mechanisms or other government fiscal activities which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant impact on the environment.
