Title: Consider recommendations regarding an application for the Federal Surplus Property Program, as follows: a) Approve the Resolution authorizing specified employees of the Probation Department to acquire federal surplus property on behalf of the Probation Department and authorize the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors to sign the resolution (Attachment A); b) Authorize the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors to sign the Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion (Attachment B) affirming that the specified employees are not prevented from acquiring federal surplus property.
