Title: Consider recommendations regarding an application for grant funds for the development of the Goleta Old Town Neighborhood Park, Second District, as follows: a) Adopt a resolution approving the filing of an application to the California Department of Parks and Recreation to develop a neighborhood park in Goleta Old Town; b) Authorize the Director of Parks to act as agent for the County of Santa Barbara to conduct all negotiations, execute and submit all documents including, but not limited to applications, agreements and payment requests, which may be necessary for the completion of the project.
