Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Victor Treatment Centers, Inc. Contract, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a contract with Victor Treatment Centers, Inc, (not a local vendor), in the amount of $237,000 for Fiscal Year 05/06 and $102,267 for Fiscal Year 06/07 to continue providing children's mental health services and residential treatment for children suffering from severe emotional disturbances that cannot be treated in the community. The contract term is from July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2007, for a total contract amount of $339,267; and b) Authorize the Director of ADMHS to approve amendments to the proposed contract, provided that any such amendments do not exceed ten percent (10%) of the contract's dollar amount.
