Title: Acting as the Board of Directors, Flood Control and Water Conservation District: Consider recommendations regarding the acceptance of an easement from the Land Trust for Santa Barbara County, as follows: a) Find that there is no possibility that the activity in question may have a significant effect on the environment, and that pursuant to 14 CCR 15061(b)(3), the proposed action is covered by the general rule that CEQA applies only to projects which have the potential for causing a significant effect on the environment; and b) Accept a permanent easement from The Land Trust for Santa Barbara County, by authorizing the Clerk of the Board of Directors to execute the Certificate of Acceptance.
