ii) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Contract in the amount of $244,417.00 with the engineering firm of Geosyntec Consultants to provide construction quality assurance services for the construction of the Tajiguas Landfill Phase IIIA Groundwater Protection System, County Project No.828357; and
