Consider recommendations regarding amendments to renew contracts for Children's Mental Health services for FY 08-09, as follows:
a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an amendment to the contract with Child Abuse Listening & Mediation, Inc. (a local vendor) for the period of July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009 in the amount of $1,152,580;
b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an amendment to the contract with Community Action Commission (a local vendor) for the period of July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009 in the amount of $2,314,885;
c) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an amendment to the contract with the Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse (a local vendor) for the period of July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009 in the amount of $113,770;
d) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an amendment to the contract with Family Service Agency (a local vendor) for the period of July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009 in the amount of $1,015,617;
e) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an amendment to the contract with Santa Maria Valley Youth and Family Center (a local vendor) for the period of July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009 in the amount of $1,133,912;
f) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an amendment to the contract with Sojourn Services, Inc. (a local vendor) for the period of July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009 in the amount of $l,645,005; and
g) Authorize the Director of ADMHS to approve amendments to the proposed contracts, provided that any such amendments do not exceed ten percent (10%) of each contract's dollar amount.
